IngoNord insures construction and assembling contracts. Third party cover can also be included. The insurance covers all construction and assembling risks for the contractor for the full cost of the work, assembled equipment, materials and other property. The insurance cover can be extended to cover temporary constructions and machinery on the construction site.
IngoNord covers property loss or damage caused by:
- fire, explosion or natural disasters such as earthquake, landslide, hurricane, flood;
- mistakes during construction or assembling, defects of insured materials and equipment;
- negligence of workers, technical and engineering personnel;
- malicious actions by a third party (including burglary);
- snapped cables and chains, falling objects, etc.
Contractor's expenses to pay for the damages to individuals or their property can be compensated according to third party cover.
In addition to insurance of construction and assembling work, IngoNord insures work under warranty, in case the losses were caused by shortcomings during construction or assembling.
