In November 2002, the new agreement between INGOSSTRAKH International Insurance Group members came in force. The essence of this agreement lies in the deepening of the integration of the various members of the Group in a concerted effort to develop the insurance business. The main goal of the new agreement is the further improvement in quality of customer service and increasing the member companies' efficiency.

For customer point of view, the main task of the Group is to increase quality of services, to have local assistance in the countries where Group members are located, and to find insurance solutions for emerging markets for European multinationals.

The Group member companies are confident that deeper integration will help raise their indices and allow them to compete successfully on national insurance markets, upgrade the efficiency of insurance and related operations and improve the quality of services rendered to clients.
